Another Joint Venture company with Meiji Flow Systems Japan. Technomeiji Rubber has also factories in Chonburi Thailand, Bekasi Indonesia, and Ha Nam Vietnam.

Technomeiji Rubber
- Technomeiji Rubber was established with JV Partners from Zebcycle, and Meiji Rubber & Chemical Company Ltd. Meiji Rubber & Chemical Co was later renamed as Meiji Flow Systems Co in Oct 2004.

- Factory was constructed in Arab-Malaysian Industrial Park, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
- Commencement of supply of Hose products to Proton
